Pacific Savings and Loans PLC is a wholly owned indigenous financial institution incorporated under the Companies Act, 1963(Act 179) which has been replaced with the new Companies Act, 2019 (ACT 992). It was issued with a Certificate to Commence Business on 20th July 2004. Pacific Savings and Loans PLC is licensed by the Bank of Ghana to provide financial service as a Savings and Loans Company in accordance with the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Law, 1993(PNDC 328). The license was issued on 28th January 2004.
